All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and you will be notified as well as given tracking information when your order is processed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order you will be contacted through email. We use local postal service such as USPS, UPS or FedEX.

Please not that it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please email us at info@nmabags.com as soon as you place your order.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant any returns at this moment. Any item/items on FINAL sale can not be returned or exchanged. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

Our customers satisfaction is extremely important to us, however due to the fact that each piece is handmade and on limited edition , we do not accept returns.

EXCEPTION

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately (within 2 business days) with the subject line “received damaged goods” if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Currently, we are only able to accept exchanges on damaged bags within the U.S.

Exchanges on damaged bags will only be granted if the same item is in stock. For approved exchange item/s, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
